Xediton Pharmaceuticals Inc is a privately-held specialty pharmaceutical company located in the pharmaceutical industry.
Job Title: Sales ManagerThe Sales Manager is responsible for managing Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers in different territories across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Support in developing strategic plans and executing operational marketing plans that support business objectives while working collaboratively with other team members.
- Business Sales Plans: Develop business sales plans for individual accounts, set appropriate objectives for customer calls in line with territory business plans in an effort to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Performance Analysis: Review all data and reports to analyze performance, identify trends, to enable you and your team seize on new opportunities.
- Account Planning: Ensure that your team analyzes territory information and insights to develop and execute effective account plans, optimize routing, and maximize field resources to achieve results.
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews, analyzing product performance against key metrics while providing key recommendations for accelerating growth.
- Speaker Programs: In collaboration with Medical and Sales Representatives, plan and organize speakers programs and other peer to peer activities.
- Call and Field Productivity: Responsible for ensuring a high level of call and field productivity; Grow Sales, Manage assigned budget, Show Profitability.
- Experience: At least 6 years pharma sales experience and at least 3 years in pharma sales management.
- Leadership: Previous track record of leading sales results by utilizing a multichannel approach to reach customers, either virtually or in-person.
- Competitive Environment: Previous sales experience in a highly competitive pharmaceutical environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience using social media tools is an asset.
- Selling Skills: Strong innovative and creative selling skills. Must have ability to learn both technical and product related materials.
- Communication: Ability to communicate with physicians, executives and business partners.
- Partnership: Ability to partner with the sales force and sales management to develop brand strategies.
- Product Launch: Product launch experience an asset.
- Hospital Selling: Hospital selling experience is an asset.
