Job Summary:

BSA WIBERG is seeking a highly skilled FMCG Technical Sales Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of regional distributors and direct accounts, focusing on building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including forecasting and project management.
  • Coordinate sales activities in the area, including trade shows, workshops, and market/industry conventions.
  • Initiate customer projects on a technical basis, providing expert knowledge and support.
  • Provide on-site service and support to established and new clients, demonstrating and educating them on new products.
  • Prepare sales budgets for designated territories, ensuring territory margins and sales goals are met.
  • Prepare reports of monthly sales highlights, opportunity grids, and other relevant sales data.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience with ingredients and/or food processing manufacturers.
  • Food preservation/shelf-life extension experience is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.
  • Industry: Food and Beverage Manufacturing, Meat Products Manufacturing.
  • Employment type: Full-time.
  • Job functions: Sales, Business Development, Strategy/Planning.
