Role Overview:

As a Territory Sales Executive at ServiceMaster Restore, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining vital business relationships within your designated area. This position is an ideal combination of sales, account management, and brand promotion, requiring a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aligning all initiatives with corporate goals
  • Creating and implementing strategic sales and business development plans
  • Collaborating effectively with the Disaster Restoration team
  • Advocating for business strategies and key initiatives
  • Engaging with insurance providers, brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Managing program accounts and addressing disputes
  • Monitoring account assignments, sales performance, and reporting
  • Participating in industry events and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinating training and educational sessions for clients
  • Assisting with regional meetings and workshops
  • Efficiently utilizing customer contact databases
  • Maintaining budgets and overseeing expenses

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Completion of formal Sales Training
  • Familiarity with restoration and property insurance
  • Outstanding presentation and communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Highly organized and self-driven
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and punctual
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Interest and experience in damage restoration and insurance claims
