About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Aigoout Travel Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including contracts, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as needed, including data entry, research, and other tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and MS Office
  • Transportation: Own transportation
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, repetitive tasks, work with minimal supervision
