About the Role

Baan Lao Holdings Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations as needed.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
    • Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Technology and Systems
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and systems.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Flexibility, organized, and a team player.
    • Accurate, client-focused, reliable, adaptable, accountable, and a quick learner.
    Requirements
    • College/CEGEP education.
    • Experience an asset.
    • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
    • Work Language: English.
