Administrative Support Specialist

Baan Lao Holdings Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations as needed.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Office Operations
- Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Technology and Systems
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and systems.
- Personal Qualities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility, organized, and a team player.
- Accurate, client-focused, reliable, adaptable, accountable, and a quick learner.
- College/CEGEP education.
- Experience an asset.
- Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
