Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Assumption Vie. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our distributors and advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Achieve or exceed sales targets by implementing a long-term sales development strategy for our line of business.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and develop relationships with our distributors and advisors, providing them with education and support to grow their business.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and establish rapid growth.
  • Reporting and Communication: Produce weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in administration or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in the field of financial services and insurance.
  • Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Industry Designations: LLQP, CFP, CLU, PFA or other industry designations would be an asset.
