Director of Business Development Opportunity

Transformative Role for a Top-Tier Consulting Firm

Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a highly driven Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for securing introductory meetings with C-Level executives at major North American corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth and revenue
  • Work closely with the Senior Vice-President of Business Development to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage the VPBD's calendar and ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Update and maintain databases for assigned scope
  • Conduct research on existing and new business opportunities to identify potential clients and partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Expertise in prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Experience with sales databases and CRM systems
  • Tenacious and able to overcome obstacles while establishing contacts with C-Level executives
  • Highly responsible and accountable
  • Very coachable
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Well organized and manages time efficiently
