About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to oversee and continue to grow our traditional polymer and biopolymer business. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, execute, and expand strategic accounts, SMB accounts, distributors, and resellers involved in large tunneling projects.
  • Achieve corporate growth targets by developing and implementing sales strategic plans.
  • Enable priority partnerships and alliances in conjunction with the Director of Operations.
  • Coordinate executive sponsorship and relationship alignment between key strategic accounts and partners.
  • Increase overall sales pipeline and provide an accurate forecast of revenue.
  • Identify joint offerings with partners and coordinate relevant Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Report on progress and outcomes for all sales activities against agreed goals/KPIs.
  • Lead development of communications materials for sales, working closely with the marketing team.
  • Ensure all client and sales data is current and accurate within the corporate CRM system, HubSpot.
About You

We are looking for a sales professional with:

  • 10+ years of successful sales and account management experience in chemicals in industries such as HDD, Hydro Excavation, EPB-TBM, tunneling, environmental applications, or storm water ponds.
  • A strong network in the large diameter tunneling space and specifically for subway projects.
  • A degree or diploma in Material Science, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
  • A proven understanding of the TBM/tunneling/horizontal drilling industry and chemistry used in the solidification and transport of liquid waste.
  • Knowledge and confirmed experience establishing sales strategy and sales execution for both large enterprises.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to blend consulting and business strategy to develop compelling plans for product initiatives.
  • The ability to reside in close proximity to a major airport.
