Role Summary
This position invites candidates to express their interest in current and upcoming roles within the South-Shore of Montreal and Montérégie regions.
What does this role entail?
As an ambassador for RBC within our branches, your primary focus will be on prioritizing client needs and offering tailored solutions. You will represent the RBC brand and contribute to business growth by facilitating new client acquisitions and enhancing existing relationships. If you possess the drive to deliver outstanding customer service and excel in a performance-driven environment, you can cultivate a rewarding career with us as a future Account Manager or Banking Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with clients in the branch, ensuring an exceptional service experience by completing transactions and identifying sales and referral opportunities.
- Emphasize education and demonstration, utilizing technology to create memorable client experiences, drive solutions, and retain business.
- Collaborate with team members by listening and identifying opportunities to provide additional advice, introduce clients to RBC partners, or personally fulfill client needs.
- Take proactive ownership in resolving and preventing client banking issues.
- Foster and maintain relationships with partners to operate as a cohesive RBC team.
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance protocols, processes, and controls to safeguard client and shareholder interests during transactions.

- Bilingualism (English and French) is essential, as you will frequently assist clients with both language needs.
