Position Overview
Role Summary
This role invites candidates to express their interest in current and upcoming opportunities within the South-Shore of Montreal and Montérégie regions.
What does this role entail?
As an ambassador for RBC, you will prioritize client needs and provide tailored solutions. You will represent the RBC brand while facilitating new client acquisition and enhancing existing relationships. If you possess the drive to deliver exceptional service and excel in a performance-driven environment, this position could lead to a rewarding career path as an Account Manager or Banking Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with clients in the branch, ensuring a superior service experience through transaction completion and identification of sales and referral opportunities.
- Emphasize education and demonstration, utilizing technology to create memorable client interactions, drive solutions, and retain business.
- Contribute to team success by listening and identifying opportunities to provide additional advice, connecting clients with RBC partners, or personally addressing client needs.
- Take initiative in resolving and preventing client banking issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners to operate as a cohesive RBC team.
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance protocols and processes to safeguard client and shareholder interests during transactions.
