You will advocate for the RBC brand and contribute to business growth by facilitating new client acquisition and enhancing existing relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with clients in the branch to provide an exceptional service experience by executing transactions and identifying sales and referral opportunities.
  • Emphasize education and demonstration, utilizing technology to create memorable client interactions, drive solutions, and retain business.
  • Collaborate with team members by listening and identifying opportunities to offer additional guidance, introduce clients to RBC partners, or personally address client needs.
  • Take initiative in resolving and preventing client banking issues.
  • Build and sustain relationships with partners to operate as a cohesive RBC team.
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance protocols and processes to safeguard client and shareholder interests during transactions.
