Your Responsibilities
  1. Engage proactively with clients in the branch, delivering exceptional service by completing transactions and identifying sales and referral opportunities.
  2. Utilize technology to enhance client experiences, providing education and solutions that foster client retention.
  3. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for additional advice, connecting clients with RBC partners or fulfilling their needs directly.
  4. Take initiative in resolving and preventing client banking issues.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to operate cohesively as one RBC team.
  6. Adhere to compliance protocols to safeguard client and shareholder interests during transactions.

  2. Strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.
  3. Proficiency in digital tools across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
