DevOps Specialist | Remote Opportunity
Opticca is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a DevOps Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our continuous development environment, working with complex and challenging tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities
• Enhance and support the continuous development process, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of software applications.
• Utilize and implement tools to automate tasks in the development process, thereby increasing productivity and efficiency of the development team.
• Develop a deep understanding of complex architectures, including SOA and SAAS, to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in continuous deployment and integration strategies, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of industry best practices.
• Promote the DevOps philosophy within the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Share knowledge with team members on the use of continuous development tools, empowering them to work autonomously and efficiently.
• Possess a strong understanding of networking and security concepts to properly configure solution environments.

Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Proven experience with continuous deployment processes, including AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and automation pipelines.
• Strong networking experience is highly desirable.

Contract Details
• This position is open to both contract and permanent employment opportunities.
• Hybrid work arrangement: occasional on-site presence required, with offices located in Granby, QC.
