Job Description

Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to oversee a designated group of clients, Account Directors and Supervisors, and site guarding teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the best client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of assigned clients, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
  • Directly manage a team of Account Directors, Supervisors, and guard teams, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow new accounts, increase client retention, and value sell GardaWorld's offerings.
  • Collaborate with the support office to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage staffing levels and recruitment, working closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure the right talent is in place.
  • Directly or indirectly manage accuracy and timely invoicing in collaboration with the Pay and Bill team.
  • Work with Business Development to help achieve growth objectives and drive sales.
  • Other duties as required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation.
  • Ability to speak in public settings and present to colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational and priority setting skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
