Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in enterprise-level software account management.

You will oversee a portfolio of 20-25 major global clients, with performance metrics focused on revenue retention and renewal rates. The primary objective is to maintain consistent revenue levels year over year.

This position demands a sales professional who excels in relationship-building and possesses the skills to foster and sustain senior-level connections through a consultative sales approach.

Currently, this role is remote, but there is an expectation to transition back to an office environment post-pandemic.

Experience with large clients is preferred, particularly in sectors such as consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, cannabis, and retail.
Key ResponsibilitiesMust have a proven track record in enterprise-level account management, focusing on renewals and maintaining revenue integrity through effective relationship management.
  • In-office requirement (4 days per week in the Toronto area)
  • Base salary of 80K with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $120K to $140K in the first year.
  • Performance-based bonus structure along with commission opportunities
  • Monthly parking expenses covered


Qualifications
Experience in Account Management, Renewals, and Upselling.
