Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in managing enterprise-level software accounts. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of approximately 20-25 major global clients, with a focus on maintaining revenue and ensuring high renewal rates.

The ideal candidate will possess a relationship-driven sales approach, adept at fostering and sustaining senior-level connections through a consultative methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse book of clients, ensuring revenue stability year-over-year.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

Work Environment:

This position is currently remote, with plans to transition back to an office setting in the future.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with large clients is beneficial, particularly in sectors such as consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, cannabis, and retail.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in enterprise-level account management.
  • Expertise in renewals and revenue retention through effective relationship management.
  • Willingness to work in an office setting (4 days per week).

Compensation:

  • Base salary of 80K with an on-target earnings potential of $120K to $140K in the first year.
  • Performance-based bonus structure and commission opportunities.
  • Monthly parking expenses covered.
