Job Summary:
GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to oversee a designated group of clients, Account Directors and Supervisors, and site guarding teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the best client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of assigned clients, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
- Directly manage a team of Account Directors, Supervisors, and guard teams, providing coaching and guidance to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive client retention, growth of new accounts, and value selling of GardaWorld's offerings.
- Collaborate with the support office to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with Business Development to achieve growth objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation.
