Position Overview
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to become a vital part of our team.
The Client Relationship Manager at People Corporation is tasked with delivering exceptional service and support to both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves overseeing and preserving a designated portfolio of clients while fostering strong relationships with all our advisors and clients. Additionally, this position includes mentoring and guiding the development of the Client Services team.
People Corporation specializes in providing comprehensive benefits solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and retain a designated portfolio of clients, focusing on plan development, cost management strategies, and renewals Proactively identify, recommend solutions, and make informed decisions based on client needs Collect and analyze client data to uncover client-centric opportunities Cultivate and maintain relationships with Advisors and support Plan Administrators Possess a thorough understanding of the client lifecycle to effectively manage and retain a portfolio Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage various workloads Mentor, coach, and support team members and external colleaguesQualifications for Success:
2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, such as insurance, group benefits, or client services 1-2 years of post-secondary education in a related field Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities Proficient verbal and conflict resolution skills, along with strong written and listening capabilities Proven analytical skills with the ability to comprehend complex agreements Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications:
GBA Designation and/or Life License Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and databases Previous experience in the industry and knowledge of insurance Training in customer serviceWhy Join Us:
