Job Overview
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager with extensive experience in managing enterprise-level software accounts.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a portfolio of 20-25 major global clients. Success in this position will be measured by revenue retention and renewal rates, with the objective of maintaining consistent revenue year over year.

This position demands a sales professional who excels in relationship management and possesses the skills to cultivate and sustain senior-level connections through a consultative sales approach.

While this role is currently remote, there is an expectation to transition back to an office environment in the future.

Experience with large clients is beneficial, particularly in sectors such as consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, cannabis, and retail.
Key ResponsibilitiesTo be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate enterprise-level account management expertise. The focus will be on renewals and maintaining revenue stability through effective relationship building.
  • In-office presence required (4 days per week in the Toronto area)
  • Base salary of 80K with an OTE ranging from $120K to $140K in the first year.
  • Performance-based bonus structure along with commission opportunities
  • Monthly parking expenses covered


Qualifications
Proven experience in Account Management, with a strong emphasis on renewals and upselling.
