Position Overview

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your leadership will guide our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

This position is set in a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports as needed.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
Supervisory Duties

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
