About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Mansu BBQ & Sushi, Moncton. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer demands
  • Prepare special meals for patients as instructed by dietitians or chefs
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Recruit and hire staff to support kitchen operations
  • Organize buffets and banquets to meet customer expectations
Work Environment

As a Culinary Specialist at Mansu BBQ & Sushi, Moncton, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience
Language and Work Conditions

We require our Culinary Specialist to be fluent in English and willing to work in a dynamic kitchen environment. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
