- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit operational reports
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff
- Oversee a team of 1 to 10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
