Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Source, build, and retain a client base by providing sound financial advice and building strong relationships.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Market yourself and your business to attract new clients and grow your network.
  • Insurance Needs Assessment: Provide insurance needs advice based on risk assessment and help clients protect and grow their financial portfolios.
  • Financial Planning: Provide sound financial advice to help clients achieve their financial goals and build a strong financial foundation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and circumstances.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience with a Life License.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong networking abilities, and a desire to build a successful business.
  • Education: Life insurance sales experience and ability to source new client leads.
