About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at UGO Fuel. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering office supplies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
