About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Tass Tax and Accounting. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Ensure that all office equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
  • Client Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Assist with client onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Special Projects
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including data entry, research, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
