About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Tass Tax and Accounting. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Ensure that all office equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with our team members, including providing updates and information as needed.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other accounting software.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. They will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their work.
