About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at UGO Fuel. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
