Your Impact:

As an integral member of our team, you will foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring strong connections and effective problem-solving throughout their hearing journey. You will cultivate collaborative relationships with both clients and team members.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Client Services Coordinator (CSC) serves as the initial point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional client care and administrative assistance to clinicians and head office.

Client Interaction:
  • As the first point of contact, you will ensure clients receive unparalleled service:
  • Welcoming clients
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Addressing client inquiries
  • Organizing client appointments and scheduling clinician meetings
  • Adhering to company protocols for telephone performance.
Clinic Maintenance:

You will oversee the upkeep of our clinics, ensuring they are exemplary centers for hearing healthcare, which includes daily cleaning and organization.

Support for Hearing Professionals:
  • Providing essential administrative support for clinicians:
  • Opening and closing the Hearing Healthcare Centre (HHC)
  • Registering new clients
  • Maintaining all physical files
  • Handling shipping and receiving tasks
Financial and Insurance Assistance:

You will manage sales processing and track outstanding balances and receivables, including assisting clients with estimates and payment processing.

Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities
