Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, meeting minutes, and other important documents.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and programs, including setting deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Ability to Multitask: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
