Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong background in finance and a proactive mindset to become a vital part of our finance department. The ideal candidate will either be pursuing or have completed a graduate degree in finance or accounting, or possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience, particularly in invoicing and software deployment. In this position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our financial processes, overseeing invoicing, spearheading new software initiatives, and addressing any related inquiries with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate precise and timely invoices for all transactions at Vosyn, ensuring accurate recording of all financial activities.
  • Take the lead in selecting, implementing, and training personnel on new invoicing software that aligns with our financial and operational requirements.
  • Serve as the primary resource for inquiries regarding invoices or shares, resolving issues promptly to maintain smooth financial operations.
  • Oversee the organization’s expenditures and bookkeeping to guarantee clarity and accuracy in our financial records.
  • Collaborate closely with legal advisors and company founders regarding invoice and share matters, providing transparent and informed guidance.
  • Establish and adhere to invoicing protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor the lifecycle of invoices, including approvals, investigating delays, and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
  • Manage invoicing data, maintain our databases, and ensure proper uploading and storage of invoice details and contracts.
  • Review tax information and assist with overdue or rejected invoices.
Qualifications:
  • A graduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or at least three years of relevant finance experience. Recent graduates with a year of experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • A comprehensive understanding of financial operations, particularly invoicing, with the ability to manage complex financial tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and project management expertise.
  • A readiness to lead initiatives, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Proficiency in invoicing software such as FreshBooks and Wave, familiarity with accounting databases, and comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Express.
