We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to lead our financial team. This position entails supervising financial reporting, upholding controls, and ensuring fiscal integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounting functions including Treasury, Tax, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and regular financial reports.
  • Ensure adherence to governmental reporting standards and tax obligations.
  • Create accounting policies to enhance internal controls.
  • Establish financial controls that align with the organization’s operational framework.
  • Facilitate audits in collaboration with external auditors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
  • Advanced degree in Accounting and CPA or CMA certification required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in financial statements and GAAP standards.
  • Exceptional skills in accounting software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
