Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Ottapro Education Corp.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Coach and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
Work Environment:

The Office Manager will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of 5-10 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Office Manager will work 35 hours per week.
