Position Overview

As a Security Operations Supervisor at Control Team Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. Your leadership will guide a team of security personnel, fostering a secure environment for all.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and oversee events, programs, and activities.
  • Manage work schedules effectively.
  • Assist clients and guests with specific needs.
  • Act as the primary contact for emergency situations.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments or work units.
  • Prepare and submit various reports, including progress updates.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and suggesting improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
  • Train staff in their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Oversee office and volunteer staff.
Work Environment
