Security Coordination Officer

Position Overview:
As a Central Services Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of security and facility services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing incoming communications through radio, telephone, and in-person inquiries, directing them to the relevant departments.
  • Coordinating the deployment of Security personnel, Cleaning Services, and Building Operators as required.
  • Facilitating security operations for urgent facility matters.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of all activities in event logs.
  • Monitoring surveillance systems and providing assistance to Security personnel.
  • Overseeing facility monitoring systems and responding promptly to alarms.
  • Disseminating updates via electronic communication regarding all property-related events.
  • Administering key access and overseeing contractor sign-in procedures.
  • Compiling reports and offering insights on security apparatus.
  • Engaging with tenants regarding property-related issues.
  • Exhibiting strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Interacting professionally with contractors and clients.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in various software applications.
  • Prioritizing tasks effectively and exercising sound judgment.
  • Utilizing crisis management skills and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Possessing keen observational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in dispatching is advantageous.
Educational Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
