Supervisor of Security Operations

Control Team Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Security Operations to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security department, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, clients, and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Security Events: Plan and coordinate security events, programs, and activities to ensure the safety and security of our employees, clients, and assets.
- Supervise Security Staff: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist with Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
- Improve Productivity and Quality: Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
The ideal candidate will have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
