- Work will be conducted at various sites.
- Develop and implement work schedules.
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and assess quality and production metrics.
- Prepare and present progress reports and other necessary documentation.
- Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Manage a team of 5-10 security personnel.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong client focus.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
