Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Security Guards to join our team at Control Team Inc. as a key member of our security operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Events: Plan, organize, and execute security-related events, programs, and activities to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective work schedules for security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
  • Client Support: Provide assistance to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to coordinate activities, share information, and ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit progress reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing training and guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Office and Volunteer Staff Supervision: Oversee the work of office and volunteer staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.Work Environment and Physical Demands

    Experience and Education
    • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of security operations and procedures.
    • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a focus on education and training in security-related fields.
    • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules as needed.
