Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Security Guards to join our team at Control Team Inc. as a key member of our security operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Events: Plan, organize, and execute security protocols for various events, programs, and activities.
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
  • Client Support: Provide assistance to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit progress reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving and Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee the office and volunteer staff, providing leadership and support to ensure successful team operations.Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Physical Activity: Engage in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
    • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods, potentially exceeding 4 hours, as required by the role.
    • Work under Pressure: Manage stress and work effectively under pressure, maintaining a high level of performance and professionalism.
