Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining records.
    • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Respond to incoming inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Organizational and Time Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.

Requirements
