About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at EliteGlobal Group Ltd. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective technical support to resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, and document solutions for future reference.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions to ensure that technical information is up-to-date and accessible to all technical support analysts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and configure computer equipment, including hardware and software, to ensure that it is functioning properly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
