Position Overview

Habermehl Contracting Ltd is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee various operational tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of our projects.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in project coordination or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks effectively to support staff.
  • Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing and managing the operating budget while maintaining inventory controls.
  • Compile data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately.
  • Oversee and coordinate administrative office procedures.
  • Manage various administrative and office activities.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures efficiently.
  • Execute various administrative tasks as required.
Supervision

This role does not entail supervisory responsibilities.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Work Experience

Experience in project coordination is preferred.

Transportation Requirements

Own transportation is necessary for this position.
