About the Opportunity

The Project Associate will work closely with management and project managers to coordinate project activities, prepare documentation, and communicate with stakeholders. This is a full-time professional role that requires a high level of organization, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in an Information Technology, Business Analysis, or Health Related discipline, and a minimum of 3 years of project coordination/administration experience, preferably within IT/Healthcare. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset.

We are looking for a team player who is able to generate innovative solutions to challenging situations, manage complex environments, and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project management team
  • Coordinate project activities and prepare documentation
  • Communicate with stakeholders and team members
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or Health Related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of project coordination/administration experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification considered an asset
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
