We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Nova Scotia Health Authority. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prepare project documentation, communications, and meeting materials
  • Support project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project policies and procedures

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for project team members

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management software and tools
