Position Overview

Habermehl Contracting Ltd is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to oversee various administrative and operational tasks within our organization. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in project coordination or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to office support personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Manage administrative and office activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures effectively.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required.
Supervision

This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Work Experience

Experience in project coordination is essential.

Transportation Requirements

Possession of personal transportation is necessary.
