Reporting to the Program Manager PM CoE, OPOR Program, the OPOR Project Coordinator, IM/IT Project Services, is tasked with delivering a high level of organization and support for decision-making and project portfolio disciplines, necessitating extensive knowledge of both concepts and associated methodologies.

The responsibilities undertaken by the Project Coordinator are vital to OPOR in order to provide precise and timely data for decision-making by senior management and facilitate daily project execution.

The OPOR Project Coordinator collaborates closely with management and project managers to assist in all project activities.

This role encompasses diverse tasks within general project management procedures, which require sound judgment and initiative, with an expectation to manage a substantial workload and multiple competing priorities.

The OPOR Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and preparing documentation, communications, agendas, meeting minutes, decision requests, and various logs, contributing to the requirements, risk, schedule, and change control processes in support of the IM/IT Program Manager, IM/IT Project Managers, and OPOR Project Owners.

A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a Health-Related field is required. Consideration may be given to candidates with equivalent training and relevant experience.
# A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably within IT or Healthcare.
# Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
# Experience and/or training with healthcare information systems and terminology is advantageous.
# Certification in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and/or organizational change management is beneficial.
# Demonstrated adaptability to change and capability to manage complex, dynamic environments.
# High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
# Understanding of the complete project life-cycle and Project Management principles.
# Competencies in additional languages are a plus, with French preferred.

Hours:
Four (4) Full-time Positions; 75 Hours Bi-weekly, Approximately 36 months (assignment length subject to change)
