Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, adhering to our menu specifications and presentation standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the sous chef, chef, and general manager to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to our high standards of sanitation and food safety.
  • Assist in food inventory management, receiving, and storing delivered items.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, providing input on new dish ideas and culinary trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen.
  • Culinary diploma or degree is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of professional cooking techniques and knife handling skills.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to spend 100% of the time standing.
  • Serve Safe certification.
