Branch Operations Leader

As the Branch Operations Leader, you will utilize your managerial expertise to orchestrate and oversee the comprehensive delivery of exceptional service, aimed at enhancing branch efficiency. Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager, you will prioritize safety, exemplary customer service, and adherence to standardized processes to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Branch Manager in executing strategies to meet financial targets Support the Branch Manager in upholding compliance with all organizational policies Supervise sales initiatives and business projects Manage the performance of direct reports, including Inside Sales Representatives, Drivers, and other relevant personnel Inspire, mentor, and develop team members Foster a culture of safety and accountability through effective leadership, personal compliance, and clear communication Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

High School diploma; Bachelor's degree is preferred Minimum of 3 years in sales and operational roles Fundamental understanding of the construction rental equipment sector or a related field Strong leadership and motivational abilities Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

Compensation Range:

$70,000 - $100,800.00
