Branch Operations Leader

In this pivotal role, you will utilize your management expertise to oversee and enhance the overall service delivery, ensuring optimal branch efficiency. Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager, your focus will be on maintaining safety standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and adhering to established operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in executing strategies to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure adherence to all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Supervise sales initiatives and business development efforts.
  • Manage the performance of direct reports, including Inside Sales Representatives and Drivers.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Foster a culture of safety and accountability through effective leadership and communication.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma; Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales and operational roles.
  • Familiarity with the construction rental equipment sector or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and motivational capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

This position is classified as Safety Sensitive according to company policies.

Compensation Range:

$70,000 - $100,800.00
