We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking Centre Leader II to join our team at CIBC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of financial services professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience - Provide leadership and guidance to your team to deliver outstanding customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Results-Driven Leadership - Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to ensure that customers are served by the most suitable team members. Monitor and improve the operational performance of the banking centre, and implement action plans to address any gaps or issues.
  • People Leadership - Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, comprised of leaders, advisors, and representatives, to deepen customer relationships and drive business growth. Provide opportunities for employees to develop their skills and advance their careers, and promote CIBC's values within the community to attract and retain top talent.
