About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Canada West. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual business plans to drive growth and exceed targets
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including corporate branding and profit & loss statements
  • Identify and develop future leadership talent within the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a department or branch
  • Level 2 license and industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
